It looks like PP will be in charge on Saturday and I doubt that any ownership change will have taken place so, what team does PP pick?

Flanagan and Mcloughlin should be available but Willis could be a doubt.

After that who knows, however surely PP's plan for starting Grigg last weekend will have be proven to have failed.

Not an easy game but who knows, the better opposition could motivate us.

My guess at PP's team is...

BURGE
WILLIS   WRIGHT  FLANAGAN
ONIEN  LEADBITTER  POWER SCOWEN  HUME
WYLKE  MAGUIRE
(I did say PP's team not mine)

He'd put the ball boy/girl in goal if they were passing & had gloves on  Rolling Eyes

I would not have Grigg or Graham in the 1st team squad. They have had chance after chance after chance and basically for want of a Billy speech they are both absolutely f*cking useless.

Its not up to me but pick the bairns. Yes we might lose but there will at least be committment. Give them a few games to gel and there is still more than enough time to claim automatic promotion.

Wouldn't like to guess the team Parkinson will pick...one thing for certain is he'll pick who he considers  the experienced players not any of the youngsters

If only Billy were here now to keep us entertained.

You are correct.

Unless he realises his days are numbered and goes for one last roll of the dice, throwing caution to the wind, and sticks a load of youngsters in just to see what might happen.

Yes, could be last shake of the dice for PP

If the takeover is rubber stamped by the Football League I would expect the new owners to have a management team totally "oven ready" to go.

Very Happy

After what I have watched from this team in the last few weeks, I can’t bring myself to watch it on stream today.

Yes, I always want us to win, they are in my blood. BUT for the first time in my very optimistic life, I see no way forward until new owners and a new manager are in place.

He has changed the team, but apart from O’Nien playing further forward nothing in style or approach has changed.

If the players can show some passion, at least there maybe hope for the future under different guidance and direction.

We were in control but as usual couldn't get the second goal we needed.

Then just after Gary Bennett praised the defence and as I was shouting "NOOOOOO DON'T SAY THAT YET" at the radio, Doncaster scored 30 seconds from the end. Aaarghh! Mad Mad Mad cry1

I swear to god that this team is addicted to 1-1 scorelines and it is going to result in yet another season in League 1 after this one - they just love getting a score draw - whenever I see its 1-0 I am just counting dowen the seconds to the other team equalising

Probably the best we have played for some time, but, that lack of concentration, inability to kill teams off or both saw 2 valuable points lost.

Promotion is still very much on but we need change. New owners and manager plus some cash in January,
