Just read on a site that Kimpioka is about to agree a new contract with SAFC and that the Argentinian striker we were looking at might be back on after problems arose with regards to the transfer to a mls club hitting a snag.
Here's hoping

I sincerely hope that whilst Kimpioka was considering his contract and whilst his agent was saying there was money on the table from two other clubs that we subsequently reduced the offer each week.Rovertsafc wrote:Just read on a site that Kimpioka is about to agree a new contract with SAFC and that the Argentinian striker we were looking at might be back on after problems arose with regards to the transfer to a mls club hitting a snag.

Furthermore I would insist that as soon as his contract ends with this particular agent he look elsewhere for anther one. I know agents are there to get the best for the player but most imo are just bloody leeches looking after themselves.
I am sure Benji only ever wanted guarantees of more 1st team action. Once again you need a run of games in a side to show your worth. I hope he gets a game, has a blinder and makes it impossible for PP to leave him out. He is no Maja but then neither are any of the other forwards at the club and they have all had extended chances.

Hopefully he'll get a chance and show he has what it takes.... Parkinson doesn't seem too keen on playing youngsters though

Is it because no one else wanted him?

Ha, unlucky Mr agent. He doesn't get his gold coins
At least Dan Neil signed a new contract as well, and I reckon he's a better talent.

If they were young defenders, they'd get a chance.
Attacking players though? That's asking too much
