Derby in trouble?

Derby County are facing an enquiry into a loan they received from MSD UK Holdings Ltd, Michael Dell’s private equity firm according to the Daily Mail.
The loan has sparked complaints from other clubs due to a similar loan taken out by Sunderland last year, with the clubs believing it has created a conflict of interest and broken EFL regulations.
The loan of £9m to Sunderland last year was from FFP Sunderland Ltd and to Madrox, Sunderland’s holding company. MSD also provided an £80m loan to Southampton but they are not part of the complaint due to being in the Premier League.

Let us hope it is not in the realms of a points deduction...........
