Even Phil Parkinson's greatest fans will admit he did not get off to the best of starts, there may be good reasons for that but poor performances and results saw us tumbling down the table taking us from promotion favourites to relegation possibles.

But things are looking up and in the opinion of many, me included, Saturday saw our best performance for many a day, week or month.

But how as it affected your opinion?

Lets have a scientific poll, well as scientific as I can do.

I was desperate for him to come good but Steve was sooo convincing that he knew for a fact that PP was utter shite.

Happy to see the improvement, long may it continue  like

I cannot recall saying anything bad about the bloke. I did not know enough about the other options to make an informed decision about any of them. So as it stands I will say I always had faith even though it may have been blind.

I've voted undecided. Don't think I've ever made a comment on here of wanting him out.

Slightly off topic though.

Performances have improved of late, but February's fixtures will see if we can maintain our climb up the table,  we have to go to Portsmouth, Oxford and Coventry and then Ipswich at home, tricky set of fixtures
for Feb.

Though I seem to recall when the fixtures came out and Rotherham was our last game, I did mention title
decider. like

I wanted him out as I thought he was an exact copy of Grayson, who I never wanted

We were told they both knew the leagues inside out and then proceeded to prove the exact opposite, especially Grayson who never played the same team twice and had tactics that were absolutely obvious and easy to counteract

Parkinson has shown an ability to deal with troublemakers and to set up the team in a manner that allows them to force a game instead of the passive style adopted previously

There is absolutely no team in this league that safc need to be ultra defensive against and it appears the penny has finally dropped

He has won me over

I’ve read Steve30000 for over a decade.

He was and I don’t know may still be on the SMB

He is funny in an ironic way.

We're winning, that's all that matters. It's a results driven business, and he'll get told by the fans when it's not good enough.

It happens at every club..

I don’t know whether my vote truly counts but I’ve been cheeky and voted anyway.  He appears to getting to grips with the job in hand and I think it’s far too early to be having more turmoil.

Over the years I have found to best t give someone a chance to come good with a couple of months lead in before judging.  At the same time the fans way of seeing their team/club is to constantly judge to how good others are doing or spending.

I would advise patience but some don't do marathons.

Seconded.

I didn't slag him off just as I won't sing from the rafters as he's just doing what he's employed to do so lets see how January finishes & February pans out.
