In this 24 hour new Facebook/Twitter/others I don't understand world days are cheered up or ruined by a post or tweet that goes viral.

The Borini saga shows our quest for news, willingness to believe and ability to ignore facts perfectly.

We know, 10% that Sunderland and Liverpool have agreed a deal, confirmed by both sides, fact.

We can be sure that talks are starting, just about every credible news source confirms it.

We know that Poyet knows Borini and Borini knows Poyet so its not a stab in the dark transfer.

We should have known that Borini would not just turn up and sign but would want assurances, we should also know that Poyet would have known that and he is confident he can give those assurances.

But our weekends are ruined because someone who knows someone who knows a girl who works part time on the burger counter at the SoL tweets to say the deal is off,(I made the last bit up, thought I should point that out before it goes viral and spoils more weekends).

Any way thats all from me, off to Twitter and Facebook to see if I can get any news, I follow loads of ITK's on there.

Must admit to being totally ambivalent about this move, if he does OK or doesn't O the season will still start, but I think he will be the loser.
