I believe he never found a new club despite being a free agent.

Why is that do you think ?

I can only think of money and maybe an unwillingness to drop from the prem.

My theory is that there is more to his long term injury problem than meets the eye. alien

This maybe the perception clubs have, and un-willing to put an offer to him...

Big money signing, surely someone must try, he's a top g/k.

If fit, he could have been the main man this season if he had stayed.

He is on big money and like the majority of today's footballers,he will happily give up his football career for a massive weekly wage. I am just happy he is nowhere near the goalkeepers shirt for us.

I was a Gordon fan but his time with us was jinxed.

I reckon he will pop up later in the season signing for someone when their regular keeper gets injured - he`ll then have a chance at re-building his career - shame really as I rated him when fit

I am surprised he hasn't reappeared at Hull but I agree with other posters in that there probably was more to his injury than everybody first thought.

Is he injured or simply not wanted by anyone .He couldn't command his 6 yard box never mind the 18 yard box.I lost count of the headed goals conceded within the 6 yard box. We never defended from the edge of the box when facing a free kick.Every man and his dog would pile into the danger area. This wouldn't happen in Sunday morning football. A number of long range shots squirmed through his hands. I prefer our two current keepers to Craig.Maybe it was the rediculous price we paid for him which affected him but he always looked like a rabbit caught in headlights.
