Week 12

Post  Mackemneil on 2013-11-11, 2:22 pm

(8,) Mackempizzaboys   v   Silvers (16)
   (4) Smeggystrong cheese    v   The Outlaw Jozy (2)
        (17) Ha'way The Lads    v   Real Sunderland (7)
            (6) Cuervo Allstars    v   Poolies People (19)
       (10) Neglected by Jerry   v   sydsside (18)
            (11) Budget buster    v   cretanmakems (12)
                (3) Soccerstylin'   v   willyswonkers (5)
                  (20) team noz   v   green street elite (13)
     (1) ILL-TemperedSeaBass   v   Thunderbirds (9)
                 (22) Bayern Bru   v   The Slackbladders (15)
              (21) Untouchables   v   MC REMY YOUTUBE (14)

Two top clashes in Week 12: but remember it is after the international break!!

Smeggy takes on the Outlaw Jozy hoping to close that gap at the top, and the fast improving Soccerstylin have home advantage against willyswonkers.
Meanwhile the Thunderbirds will be launching 'super sub' no. 4 in their attempt to catch the SeaBass.

There is also an interesting mid-table battle between the budget buster and cretanmackems.

A: Because when they come, they're wild and wet. But when they go, they take your house and car with them.

Thought I had lost this gameweek by 67 -61, then saw the published results and thought there had been a mistake in adding up!

Then I realised Haway the Lads had made 3 additional transfers, reducing their total by 12 points, so I won by a bit of a fluke really Laughing Laughing Laughing

Mackempizzaboys    70 - 16    Silvers
Smeggystrong cheese56 - 85    The Outlaw Jozy
Ha'way The Lads       55 - 61    Real Sunderland
Cuervo Allstars         53 - 35    Poolies People
Neglected by Jerry     70 - 49    sydsside
Budget busters         60 - 53    cretanmakems
Soccerstylin'            53 - 60    willyswonkers
team noz                52 - 66    green street elite
ILL-TemperedSeaBass 71 - 36   Thunderbirds
Bayern Bru              61 - 22   The Slackbladders
Untouchables           75 - 55    MC REMY YOUTUBE

Smeggy lost out to an incredible 85 points from Outlaw Jozy , captain Aguero's 30 points the major contributor.
The fast improving Soccerstylin's run came to an end against willyswonkers by 60-53.
Thunderbirds never got off the ground in their attempt to catch the SeaBass, losing 71-36.
Real Sunderland sneaked a win at Haway the Lads, following a triple substitution from the Lads!!
A improved Sydside were still not good enough to bother Neglected by Jerry.
Despite a great 61-22 victory by Bayern Bru, they remain anchored to the bottom.

Sorry, Comm! Aguero is mighty tough at home, not so much on the road.
