Really dangerous, lot's of injured and dead over the years...

How can this be stopped?

A TEENAGE girl who fell more than 100ft from a South Tyneside cliff is in a critical condition.

The 16–year–old went over the cliffs next to the Grotto pub in Marsden, South Shields, at 7.50pm yesterday.

The teen initially fell 65ft and landed on grass-covered ledge, before falling a similar distance to rocks below.

Emergency services scrambled to the scene and the girl was airlifted by police helicopter to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary.

She is understood to have suffered head, neck and pelvis injuries, and a dislocated arm.

A spokesman from Northumbria Police said her condition is described as serious.

If someone is determined to jump off, I'm afraid there is not much anyone can do about it..As for falling off by accident, it takes some doing to be honest..
