Well we don't do easy so probably expected, we are in need of a GK in the next transfer window. Shocked

I could have saved that!

First of all drive carefully, I see the weather is dismal atm by all accounts and not good for being out in.
Particularly driving.

Yes I saw that but unfortunately due to being outside the UK we expats cannot listen to it  Evil or Very Mad
That's a shame. Wasn't sure if you could get DAB or not. Thanks for your concern.
Weather is fine on this side of the country driving north up M6 and then east on A69 to A1 and then north again to home. It's East Midlands and Yorkshire having worst of it from what I saw on news last night.

After that display we need someone who can score goals with boring regularity. The two we brought in to do that job are proving a complete disappointment game after game.
Probably a defender or two as well. The players go into matches knowing if we want to win we have to score at least two goals.

yep - the lack of goals is worrying - we have bought two proven goalscorers but neither seems capable of scoring for this team

Found the score. Very disappointing result and attendance.
Bush fires are a long way from us, just heavy hail and snow in our state.

1-1 final score so we have a replay. I listened on radio and we played better in first half - but we didn't get that second goal and they came back in second half. I don't know what the answer is - maybe not that important in the long run - but honestly feel like we are missing some quality and if we don't get a few new players in January then we will be spending another season in League One - and if we do then with the Premier League parachute payments ending this year we really will be up the creek without a paddle Sad

Glad you are away from the fires - really scary looking what I have seen on the news.

We are fine here - not even much rain up this neck of the woods - but the flooding in Yorkshire and East Midlands is awful and someone died yesterday.

Just came back from a week in Portugal and the weather was pretty poor. The locals were complaining they went from Summer to Winter with no Autumn this year and that summer was much wetter than normal too. So more strange weather everywhere - but we still had a great time - river cruise on the Douro - can recommend it Very Happy

We had a 2 week break for the manager and fitness coaches to work on new tactics, formations, ideas etc. Now we havent as we will probably have a replay a week come Wednesday. Personally I would have preferred the goalie to make another monumental f*ck up and lost us this game.

There will now be a bloody long travel down there, back and a day off. Or is this what the players want?

Totally depressing yesterday.

I will ask again how Grigg is picked ahead of McNulty is beyond me. I want Grigg to succeed but McNulty did more in 10 mins than Grigg did all game.

Came out of the ground yesterday and quite a few older supporters were saying enough is enough. We need to get back to winning ways otherwise we may lose long standing supporters next season.
