We sit in 5th place on 19 points and beating Lincoln takes us to 22

In 4th sits Coventry on 20 points, they are away to 13th placed Rotherham

In 3rd are Fleetwood also on 20 pints, they are at home to top of the table Ipswich.

And in second are Wycombe on 22 points with a plus 8 GD compared to our plus 4.

Our new CB pairing give me confidence of that elusive clean sheet so I see all three points but maybe 4 or 5 goals to overtake Wycombe may be a step to far.

Rotherham are capable of holding Coventry to a draw and I expect Ipswich to beat Fleetwood so we end Saturday, hopefully, in third spot.

Expected team depends on Macnulty and McGeady fitness so...

MCGLAUGHLIN
MCLAUGLIN  WILLIS  LYNCH  DE BOCK
DOBSON POWER
GOOCH  ONIEN MAGUIRE
WYKE
McNulty in for Wyke if fit

Cant see that central midfield pairing, not enough defensive qualities there. One of them need to be holding.

Lincoln started like a steam train but Huddersfield poaching the Cowley brothers has taken all the steam out of them.

3 points with ease  like

The key thing for me if we want to improve our defensive quality is a change of keeper. That statement would have seemed shocking last year but time to give Budge a go.

I can see why you said this but you were wrong. Budge needs to be out in goal now.

Yeh it’s time for big Jon to be dropped
It’s been said he’s not happy at the moment contract talks etc
I think this is effecting his performance
Give Burge a run in the team

if its true about contract talks I am not sure that playing badly is the best way to convince your bosses you are deserving of a new deal.... Smile
