Well i thought we should be beating Bolton but hey a point away from home against a team in our league.

Spurs the champions league finalists get knocked out by a team three leagues below them.

my point? we had a bad day at Bolton but salvaged a point. teams have bad days even the mighty Spurs with all their talents.

Don't panic Mannering, little ol Sunderland have bad days to.

Believe me when I say I am not having a dig at you, for starters.
I only want to know what some members find acceptable, we played away to a team who previously had drawn 2 and lost 5 of their 7 games.the 2 draws were goalless and their only goal was in a 6-1 defeat. We Sunderland are aspiring to be promoted this season, and I cant see how we will get promoted with results like this. To me the performance and result was way below acceptable.
So what do other Sunderland supporters think.

However sunderland will probably win some games we should of lost
Still no excuse to loose to Bolton

Like i said all teams have poor games, Spurs and Man City at Norwich are good examples. We have lost once all season and i am enjoying it.

Getting spanked week in week out even led the die hards to despair.

We are in div1 with a div 1 team. We are not billy bigshots.

New owners hopefully will get us back to the prem but even having money doesn't guarantee you jack. Ask Man utd.
