I personally think our road back to the Premiership will take alot less time than the Leeds journey which is still ongoing. We are where we are though. The signs are looking good but it was never going to be plain sailing. Furthermore, although  everyone including myself wanted greater success last year, I did actually enjoy last season for the wins (and sometimes the draws), for the better atmosphere at the SoL, for the effort of the players, for the club's engagement with the fans. It was better than the year before, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that etc etc.

Read the report Kipper but I am in agreement with yourself in that it wont take as long as some people expect.

What we need to ask is, is that our heart talking or our head?

Like you also said last season was the best for quite a while. Regardless of what division we are in, who we are playing etc it was nice coming out of the stadium with a smile on my face.

unless we have ownership willing to spend hundreds of millions then, frankly, I don't want to be in the premiership - I would be much happier following a solid championship side then a team always under threat of going down from the premier league with all that that entails
