Just been chatting to Gil on Chatbox and we agrees we need a back 4 as Flanagan and Hume are not assertive enough (being kind) to play in a three. Ross has to see this and not get stubborn and continue with it

I think we will see a new left back in this week, Hume is being found out, hell of a prospect but now needs some protection.
A back 4 is a must and I would be playing Ozturk.
Maguire must have earned his place and that work out will have done McGeady the world of good.
A run out for some on Tuesday then Pompy next weekend, a must, must win game.
