SAFC have issued notice to Companies House that all outstanding charges held by Drumaville Ltd over club assets have been satisfied. The remaining amounts due to Ellis Short by Stewart Donald and partners were paid over to the former owner yesterday. Upon arrival, the new owners advised Ellis Short would be paid £40m for the club over the course of the next two years.
This means that:
Ellis Short's financial interest in the football club is officially at an end;
The current owners no longer need to fund the acquisition of the club;
Any prospective buyer/investor need not worry about charges held against club assets.

 All of that achieved including ridding the club of the 'unwanted' bad core, a new squad of players that have bought into what SAFC means to the fans and at least into the play offs.

Club is debt free. Mr Short is paid off. I need to now organise increasing revenues & generating investment to be spent wisely and ensure we can compete. We are just working hard Shaun - trying to be organised and prudent. No secret agenda's we r just trying to be sensible.

Good news - let's hope the new era is always more positive for the club and fans (at least for a few years eh?) Laughing
