We have 7 games remaining, win 5 puts us on 94 points.
Barnsley would have to win all 5 of there games to equal our total
Portsmouth also would have to win all 6 of there remaining games to beat our total ( 5 wins and a draw would leave them 1 point short )
All to play for.

We need all the info possible
Maximum points achievable by top teams league one as at 7.4.2019.

                           achievable     Current points     Games remaining.
1.  Luton                102                      87                    5
2.  Sunderland        100                      79                    7
3.  Portsmouth          95                      77                    6
4.  Barnsley              94                      79                    5
5.  Charlton              91                      73                    6
6.  Doncaster            81                      66                    5
7.  Peterborough       79                      61                    6
8.  Coventry             75                      57                    6
9.  Burton                74                      56                    6
10. Fleetwood          74                      56                    6
11. Blackpool           73                      58                    5     (subject to EFL possibly deducting 12 points for                                                                                                                           administration)
12. Oxford               67                      52                   5

Sunderland and Luton will not finish any lower than 6th even if they lose every game. Peterborough have a goal difference of 8 compared to Sunderland 34 so very unlikely to catch up on that.
It is probable that the current top 5 will remain the top 5 albeit in a different order.

Interestingly our biggest threat is now Pompey and the home game against them is a 6 pointer in my view.

Also a couple of interesting points from the Oxford game at Walsall. Jerome Sinclair scored again and has said he would like to stay at Oxford on loan again next year. An Oxford player, already on a yellow card and sitting on the bench after being substituted, ran onto the pitch with others in celebration, in the 96th minute when Oxford scored their 3rd goal and received a second yellow, followed by a red card.

I believe Luton are away to Charlton next week. Oooooooooooooooooooh. I do believe the pressure is getting to the top 2.

We will be in the top 2 after our next few games. Difference being we will be staying there. Yippee.

I feel giddy looking at that, just as well I havnt had a drink or I would become teetotal.

Makes a difference sweating over results and working out possible points for promotion rather than relegation don't you think?
