Hi Daniel, best not to listen to rumours, just wait for official announcements. We wouldn't leave any season ticket holder out and they will get the first phase to purchase for this game. Full details will be on (link: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] safc.com ASAP.

PRIORITY TICKET SALE PERIODS - limit of one ticket per customer number
Tickets will be sold in three priority periods, with 2018-19 season card holders being the first priority. Please read the information below carefully so that you understand when and how you can apply for your ticket.

Priority 1, Friday 08 March - Monday 11 March

2018-19 SAFC season card holders (including 18, 12 and 8 game season card holders).
There is a limit of one ticket per season card. All current season card holders are guaranteed a ticket, if they buy within this initial priority period.

Priority 2, Tuesday 12 March
Priority 2 is for supporters who have a recent home league ticket purchase history with the club (the previous two seasons, from 2017-18 onwards) and who have also bought a match ticket for SAFC v Walsall on Saturday 16 March.

- Walsall match ticket must be purchased no later than 10am on Monday 11 March to meet the eligibility criteria.

- SAFC International Members can also buy during this period.

Priority 3, Wednesday 13 March

Priority 3 is for any remaining supporters who have a recent league ticket purchase history with the club.

TICKET PRICES
Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into five sections and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over.
Young supporters aged 16 and under are priced at £10 across all levels of the stadium and Young Adults, aged 17-21 receive a 25% discount from the Full Adult Price.
Alongside this, a booking fee of £2.40 per ticket is applicable. A postage charge of £2.50 per order is also in place. We appreciate that these additional fees are higher than Sunderland AFC charges for games at the Stadium of Light, they are standard prices for Wembley however and we do not have the ability to change them.
Cat 1 - £60 Adults, £30 Concession
Cat 2 - £48 Adults, £24 Concession
Cat 3 - £42 Adults, £21 Concession
Cat 4 - £36 Adults, £18 Concession
Cat 5 - £28 Adults, £14 Concession
Cat 6 - £20 Adults, £10 Concession

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Its a little sad these days Dave to say I will spend the day with 40,000 mackems but very much on my own. I will travel on my own, spend the day on my own then return on my own.

Live has made me very reclusive and very happy b with being on my own. I love my trips to games on the bus and the banter but there is no way for many reasons why I cant do a trip that long on a bus. Annette wanted me to book the Hilton and go Saturday to Monday but I don't want to leave her for that long, if I am not here there is no one else.

But I will enjoy my day, enjoy my ride down with smooth radio playing, enjoy my very expensive burger, love the game whatever the result but I am confident we will win.

And I will enjoy getting back home to share my day with Annette who is watching on Sky.

Hope you are doing OK with the chemo

Hi Syd,

I too hope that you have a great day.

BUT ......  that is a 500 mile round trip to be driving with an emotion filled 90 minutes in the mix too.
Neither you nor I are 45 anymore!

Perhaps consider letting a train take the strain?
You are only about 5 miles away from Durham Station...
Durham to Kings Cross is less than 3 hours these days.
Treat yourself to a first class return which gives extra room, comfort, and hospitality.

Yes, treat yourself !

Exactly, at our age we may never get another chance of a Wembley final. Make the most of it.

I love driving, even at my age and a London round trip is no problem. For me and yes it may just be me, drive to Durham and park car, wait for train and long trip with strangers, off at Kings Cross then make my way to underground and train to Stadium then do it all again to get back, TBH, my idea of hell.

But I do greatly appreciate the thought, touched me greatly.

I agree with Mr Silvers it is a long way to drive there and back. But it is stressful getting to and from KX and Wembley for a specific train too. Maybe find someone else going and share the driving at least?
