One SunderMad problem

Post  cyprussyd on 2019-02-27, 8:41 am

On Saturday Spuggy will be 83, not a prolific poster but a regular visitor but Spuggy's last visit was 8th November 2018.

I do hope he has not been about because he is busy, gone off the forum and just cant be bothered. Cant help but wonder.

Does anyone know him personally!? We're most of us at an age where the main worry is actually a likelyhood and not so shocking as the passing of Billy but we hope for a better reason

That is the problem with this World Wide Net thingy or inter web as it is sometimes called if someone disappears you never know what has happened but always think the worst. I have often thought if someone doesn't post or come onto the website for a certain amount of time their membership should be cancelled. The time I was thinking was maybe 18 months or two years.

You will see that the membership has gone from just under 2000 to 651. This is because I regularly send an email to members who have not posted or visited for a period of time saying that their membership will be cancelled unless they log on.
