No, shows how strong the squad is and we have a few games this week so the squad will be needed.
Oh yeah that is true - hopefully that is all that it is Smile

No rope needed just a trip to Wembley...

We are just not creating enough chances if you look at the stats... or enough possession..Ross has some conundrums to sort out

Thats how I see it and the fact we did not play well makes it even better, so much to improve on.

Yeah the Roker Report player ratings indicate that nobody had a stinker.. but the number of shots we had on target was poor.. more creativity needed.

..a certain keeper was their MoM,  he virtually has player of the season sown up already

Fair enough Syd, we didn't play well we didn't lose. But when was the last time we did play well.

Exactly, its been some time since we played well but we sit in 4th place with games in hand, sill unbeaten and new players to come in and gel,

I accept I could follow the find fault route but like my more positive route.

Bottom line I guess is I still have faith in Ross and intend to keep it.

Maybe the goal difference needs to be improved a little but you’re in in a very healthy position,  l think you’re in good hands,  keep the faith and see you soon.

I was not at Wembley but in a pub in Wylam of all places and this huge Mag (a member of her majesty's constabulary) said no left footed scores penalties at Wembly barsteward

I believe Oxford are a much better team than their league position shows.
