TBH I have no problem with Ruiter in goal, he will be a very different player to the one we saw last season.

Really if it wasn’t too difficult to fit these games in I would prefer us to re arrange
Maybe on a cup weekend
But that never seems to happen and all the back log happens

JMcL is currently our player of the season.. it does not auger well if he is not playing.

Ruiter is one of the reasons we were relegated imho

No debate, he is our second choice keeper and if Ross selects him he gets my backing, last season is long gone.

I wonder what difference the loss of the goalkeeping coach will make.

Absolutely. But the "debate" referred to above is whether Ruitter is an adequate replacement. Based on last year the answer is no. Maybe he's improved - we'll see. Maybe we should be looking for another back-up goalie in January.

Maybe we will have to look for another goalkeeper in January. I am sure the displays McLaughlin has been showing with us and the fact he is in the Scotland squad hasn't gone unnoticed by teams higher up the ladder. I only hope we can keep him here.
