ROKER ROUNDUP!

Wide forward Duncan Watmore is set to return to action in the next few weeks after a lengthy period out injured - a welcome boost for both the player and Sunderland manager Jack Ross.

Good news> I guess we'll have to be careful about the impact he'll have (although I personally think it will be significant). But whatever, the more options we've got the better and the more paid players we've got available to play can only be a good thing.

I thought last time when he came back was make or break season. Like you say needs to be careful but hopefully he has kept his pace and is indeed a welcome addition to the squad.

Good interview with his Dad.

I know there's a lot of understandable caution on here about the impact he'll make on his return. However, I'm convinced that at some point this season I'll just be laughing at how he runs defences ragged.

Bring it on (when the time is right).
