A fine line
Throughout their careers footballers have decisions to make and many seem easy but fate can be a cruel mistress.
During the summer and following our relegation to league 1 an easy decision was to jump ship if the opportunity came along, division one was no place for an ambitious player.
For 2 players opportunity came along after publicly saying they wanted out, one stayed quiet and took his chance in the first division.
Paddy McNair got his escape route at Boro and has been used in the main as a substitute.
Joel Asoro joined Swansea and social media is alive with fans slaughtering hi as a waste of money.
Josh Maja is scoring, starting and maybe we will have a fight to keep him.
A lesson to all young players, the grass is not always greener.

Yep - said it before, I'd imagine Maja is a bit happier than Asoro at the moment.

I think that some may have thought themselves better than they really are, and have had a harsh lesson in reality..

Big style. Unfortunately some are swayed by agents cos they want their cut and dont give a damn about the player.
