Probably AFC Wimbledon.

The original Wimbledon are MK Dons now.

Accrington Stanley is another one.
We did play Accrington in the early years of the Football League 1890 to 1892 and two cup games 1892 and 1894 but this was a different club to Accrington Stanley. In fact similar to Sunderland and Sunderland Albion these teams were rivals for a few years. Stanley were formed in 1891 and Accrington FC folded in 1896.
