Please remember I am from a different time but trans gender and men becoming woman and woman becoming men, I just dont get it, not a natural move for me and just about every man to woman change I have seen looks like a man with long hair, make up and a dress.

Explain what I am missing please?

From what I have read by the transgenders themselves, it is a deep seated feeling that they are trapped in the wrong body

Not having personal experience of this feeling, I can add no more than that

Yes In understand that Dave and I have seen a number of cases where it seems very obvious and the man/woman looks like they are in the wrong body even before transition.

But others, manly men becoming women just look like men in a wig.

I’m happy as long as they don’t play off the ladies tees.

I understand how they can chop bits off & turn a willy into a flange but not the other way around.
I mean, what happens these days?
You carry your donor card saying you can have my lungs, liver, kidneys, eyes or whatever.
Have they suddenly added penis to the list?
