We will move on anyone on higher wage than the normal for the first division.
Then replace with low wage players

The problem I have with that Vince is that we will will lose our quality and replace it with ordinary.  Even if we do get promoted we will need to spend heavy next season to bring quality back or are we to languish in the lower division for years?

Remember the discussion when many though we would not have gone down if we had not sold our players off last season?

The trend of working within our budget could hinder us and we will just stagnate.  Not a nice thought.

yeh I agree
Unfortunately that’s what’s going to happen
Weather we like it or not
And if we do get promoted I believe there will be funds to move us on
However like you say we will lose our best players to save money this season
And buy first division players and the best I hope

I could not disagree more ad listening to Donalds interviews its very clear what the plan is.

Lets start with our best players, they are only our best if they want to be here and most dont, BTW these are the same superstars who got us relegated.

We are trying to assemble a squad to challenge for promotion this season and we have to trust the manager to get that squad together, yes many are first division or just above standard but we are a first division club.

If we get promoted we are building a pot to buy net level players and for me its spot on.

So Sartori is not being convinced to make much of an investment?

To bloody right & with hopefully a couple of the original long term contractors out the door players with the right attitude will be representing SAFC this season.

I have no idea, far to busy enjoying the new fresh exciting start we are having to be looking for problems, I have had years of problems.

Khazri move to St. Etienne agreed in principle, personal terms yet to be agreed.
