Interesting that nobody has mentioned Monty Python.. cos I did not like them much either.

The Goons radio and T.V. versions. Blackadder. .

On radio  Round the Horn... how on earth they got away with what they did

Loved Monty Python and the Goons. 

Also enjoyed the Clitheroe Kid on the radio and how about Educating Archie ? A ventriloquist on the radio  Laughing
