Nick Barnes Experienced at League One/Championship level and I heard him say when he was up here what a massive club Sunderland is. I think he'd leap at the chance.

Before coming on here I catch with the overnight scores and news on BBC site and there is not a peep of our happenings.

On the other hand, Steve Gerrard is supposedly lined up for Rangers.  Why not here as we are just as big and in the same state.  It will also give him a stepping stone to the LFC job in five or so years.

Bringing in a name like that would be a good moe all round.
