So PL teams have voted against VAR  do you think they will not complain about penalties not given or off-side goals allowed?

Not all PL teams voted against it mate.  The bent gits haven’t published who was for or against it. Pep has said City were for it but he thinks Manure and Chelsea were against it.

Personally I’ve wanted it for years, I’m well aware the present format has quite a few faults and I’m not into conspiracy theories but it makes me wonder why this format was allowed,  did certain people know it wasn’t fully fit for purpose and it suited their agenda to say well we’ve tried it and it didn’t work? 

In my mind it hasn’t been given a fair run and to cancel for maybe the next two seasons stinks.  If the powers that be really wanted it to work then take a leaf from other sports such as rugby.  They’ve got all bloody Summer to sort it out if they were really had a mind to.

Granted any format is still open to human error and I don’t mind that but if it helps to cut out diving and cheating then it has to come in, unless of course you condone diving and cheating.  They’re a load of barstewards and I’m NOT HAPPY !!

Phew, I’ll take a breather now.

Sid, that is exactly how I see it. As you say, the current system has faults, but how can you eradicate those faults if you are not using it?
