Its working across Europe, Celtic have it. Things have moved on regarding football grounds and safety. 

This Govt, sports ministers, the FA etc will need a 6 month tour around the worlds most exotic countries allegedly visiting sporting stadia before they make the correct decision. 100% w*nkers.

PS, why not let WBA trial it. Alter the safety aspect regarding stewarding and at least lets f*cking try.

I know Celtic have it but Scotland wasn't subject to the Taylor Report.
It works all over the continent so why not here?
