Derby County v Sunderland
Good Friday 30th March
KO 19.45
Pride Park
Live on Sky Sports

Oh no, don't care, won't be watching are just some of the thoughts I guess but here in Coxhoe, even in this terrible season, I still look forward to a Sunderland game.

The games and points required are slowly reducing and we get ever near that day of mathematical certainty but until then hope is all we have.

I would like to think the two week break will bring a new set up, new players and new hope but somehow I see the same old tried, tested and failed players failing again.

Hopefully we will see starts for Maja, Asoro and LuaLua playing in either a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 system, suspensions and injuries must play their part and Billy Jones will NOT be in a three at the back set up.

Yes we need to stop them scoring but we must win, draws ar no good so every game is a must win and to do that we must do what Coleman asks the players to do and be brave, go for it because I can't see how a back 4 can do any worse than the back 3, can you?

Many want Stryjek in and Cattermole out but I just cant see it happening for this game and with Browning out and Clark-Salter banned I guess it will be Kone and O'Shea at the back but again I ask no Jones or Wilson please.

So I would probably go, emphasis on I not Cookie..

CAMP
MATHEWS    KONE  O'SHEA  OVIEDO
HONEYMAN  MCNAIR  EJARIA
ASORO  MAJA  LUALUA
Stryjek Jones Cattermole McGready Fletcher Embleton Robson

But what would your team be?

But wouldn't it be a talking point if the moth were to dive bomb Derby????

It seems that interest in this game is nil and I could say I understand that but TBH I don't, whatever our predicament our team are playing so I will continue the countdown.

With a win a must to give us any hope and with Asoro out I may just revise my team snd give our more attacking players the chance to attack.

It’s good to see you back on the telly after too long a time.  Unfortunately I’m away for the weekend so unlikely to catch it.  Good luck anyway.

It's match day again, maybe this is the start of the fight back, I'm sure I have said that before.

We will win, Willson is fit so all is well, back 3 and Fletcher the loan striker, how can we fail?

Hopefully score more goals than the Rams.
Although the most likely scenario is we'll get rammed a new arsehole.
