Robin Ruiter

Never thought I would say this but on Saturday he had a superb game, confident, commanding and mistake free.

That will have given the defence confidence and the question now is can he maintain that level of performance?

I also saw a togetherness that has been missing for some time, just one game I know but maybe Cookie is getting that bond he wants, lets hope so.

I hope so...RR  mistakes have been glaring and cost us several points that we can ill afford in our precarious position. It also means we do not to have to try and recruit a new goalkeeper, with as Short as all but abandoned us a small mercy.

I do think we do need a big akward unit up from for our two  young lads to play off.

Yes I really hope the new spirit CC is forging gets to RR. I think l he's an emotional keeper like Mannone and when he's mentally in the right place with crowd/media singing his praises he can be almost world class.

Mind Catts almost killed Oviedo when he cleared off the line, he ran over and almost knocked him out patting him on the back.
