TBH I could not care less, I enjoy the show and the station whatever it's called.

You may have noticed that I also like my Rugby...the Falcons used to be Gosforth and play in green and white (actually in the club house some shirts are still hanging) I would go to the rugby more if they ditched the black and white strip (a relic from John Hall days)

Despite being completely apathetic about our team for the last year or so, I decided to listen to the interview
Yes he said many things we've all heard before, but have to say I liked what he said and how he said it.
Ring of honesty and no theatricals
To say I'm looking forward to match on Saturday would be stretching a bit, just a bit less feeling of doom

Enjoyed that, key points

  • No money in January unless we sell, probably loan deals
  • Still hinted at players moving on
  • No contact about Grabban but he does have a recall clause
  • Has seen  no sign of the infamous problem in dressing room so far
  • Said he needs fans backing and asked them to go on Saturday

Listened to about 30 mins, switched off shortly after that daft prat rang up and declared he had been drinking. Do they not vet the callers to weed out these people.

Well I enjoyed it and was very impressed by Colemans honesty, passion and commitment. I enjoyed the man who had a few drinks, so did Coleman I think.

The sad thing for me is the apparent lack of any interest on here.

My apologies Syd. I do not often express my interest because the forum is my main information on SAFC and I love MOST of the comments. I don't get much information to share but that is no excuse so I will now make more comments in the future. So thank you all for your updates.
I am sitting here just out of fMelbourne having my breakfast eating oat Brits to reduce my cholesterol and taking my various pills to reduce my cholesterol, to assist my feral prostate and to assist my macular from clouding over. Only occasionally do I have to take medicine for gout. We have had torrential rain overnight but the garden seems happy.
I agree that the Coalman appears to be genuine and passionate and understands that the fans are an important part of the resurrection. He seems to be realistic about having to sell to buy and he will be, in my view, an excellent long term manager for us. There are going to be many heartaches for us and my only worry is that when we do get back to the top level, unless we have new owners who can fund next level players, we could well drop back again straight away. We have to get there first.

No apologies needed my freind, maybe I am still a kid at heart and get over excited.

I fully understand the gloom and disenchantment with our club over recent years and I guess my surprise is how quiet everyone is when we finally have some good news.
