It was a great weekend, but

It was a great weekend, but

Post  cyprussyd on 2017-11-27, 4:04 am

It's been a long overdue good weekend in so many ways and I for one have enjoyed basking in the all to rare glory.

But the weekend is over so it's back to reality and another big game at the weekend against a good but struggling Reading at home.

The feel good factor should ensure good spirits on and off the field with confidence still a little shaky nut better than it has been for some time.

Target one was a win and we hit it.
Target two was a clean sheet, achieved.
Target three was moving off the bottom of the league, done.
Target four, a home win that will lead to moving out of the bottom three.

My personal target of seeing Sunderpit happy, smiling and relaxed may take a little longer.

Yes mate a rare win of any description was a good result not bothered if it was only Burton you can only play who is put in front of you, target for the Reading game should be a clean sheet and back to back wins. We should be able to do that shouldn’t we?

Of course we should but I just can't get rid of that voice in my head, very quiet and right at the back we are Sunderland
