Is your opinion of Bain on the wane, (a little poetry there ) his pursuit of McInnes had me wondering.

Is he after McInnes again? You'd have thought he'd have learnt from last time Very Happy

I think Bain gets a lot of unfair stick, he has one of the toughest jobs in football IMO

Sorry no sympathy for Bane... the man who waters the workers beer, then tells you he has done it...so he is good and honest

He is of the ilk like the health Secretary, Jeremy  Unt, who is screwing the Health Service over all the while pretending he is defending it

Are we criticising him for what he has done or how he has done it?

It needed to be done, but his style is to be questioned. He has only been open about things after the event. Just him or the club and its lack of communication as whole, probably the latter.

The sacking of Grayson and the search for a manager? He talked about being decisive and the need for 'fundamental' change, but the meaning of fundamental and the style of management he wants/ the club needs has not been forthcoming. As a result, every Tom Dick and Harry has been favourite for the job.

The worry is that 'fundamental' may depend on who we can get rather than who we want!

My main complaint about the bloke is sacking Grayson and not having a back up plan or somebody lined up.
