The problem is Oxford as we all know it can only be fixed if the person who is to blame wants it fixed. Our problems would seem small if any of the players fought for, Hugill or McCormack had been delivered. It seems that McCormack in particular wanted to come and both clubs wanted him here, an easy problem to fix I would have thought.

Modern day football I am afraid.  Our efforts to sign Uoalla in January were turned down by a scared manager who was sacked not long after. Getting unwanted players off the books that may help other strugglers is not a priority nowadays.

It perhaps matters 'who is to blame' in that in order to 'fix' it that is what needs addressed

The long list of managers and their buys/wages of players who were not very good are to blame and to fix that the answer is obvious

Fixing an owner who has given up and wants out and who is also to blame... once again the answer is obvious.

However in wishing for new managers, players and an owner let's hope we do not get worse

I will need to go in hiding now, a small part of the blame is imo down to a part of the home support. The ones that boo during the games and hurl abuse at players. Had to be said.

I've said to a couple of people this week, I'm glad we're away next game.

Yes it could well be a blessing. I honestly understand the frustration, we all feel it but how we react is IMO very important. I am beginning to have the piss gently taken out of me on here by some posters and that's fine but it will never stop me trying to be positive and keep on looking at the bright side.

You are right to say it Vinkel.

While I completely understand people being frustrated with our current situation, I have never understood, and never will, how booing the team and singling out individual players for dogs abuse, makes them play any better, or will help the club be successful. It makes no sense for me. Mad

You are 200% correct Vinkel. The boo boy moron element of the crowd (I refuse to refer to them as supporters)
regularly have spread hate across the pitch by their mindless booing. The sooner their kind stop attending matches the better, the atmosphere is very likely to improve and the players will approve of the SUPPORT of the true fans. It's an absolute waste of time trying to get them to understand that abuse is the last thing that will cause the players to produce better results. I wonder how well they would respond to a few thousand people screaming abuse at the while they tried to o their job.
