The good news, yes there is always good news

Post  cyprussyd on 2017-08-26, 5:34 pm

We go into the international break with all of our limitations on full show and after today's game I'm not sure that Khazri, Kone and N'Dong will be the big loss we think they may be. The problem of course is the 20 mil plus valuations may have taken a hit.

Goalkeepers are fine.

In defence we need probably 2 CB but I'm sure I read that Galloway can play there and he knows Browning well so who knows.

Midfield may also be OK apart from that elusive creator we have been looking for for years, hopefully Mcgready will have more good days than bad.

But up front is and always will be the weak link, we had Bent and Defoe but need a goal scorer, is MacCormack that man.

A busy few days to see what the squad will be then a week plus to work on them.

Sheffield United at home next, fingers crossed the pieces of the jigsaw are in place by then.

It's not about being right or wrong or having the last word.

Your half glass full works for some but not all

I see, well TBH I don't, so I ask again, what do you both not agree with, is that better.

Well a loss yesterday isn't going to change my mind that Ndong would be a big loss. I hope and think he'll stay.
A couple more signings and we'll be sound and Grayson's words will  an effect.
