EFL Survey: Opportunity to have your say

Post  cyprussyd on 2017-08-04, 8:07 am

The EFL are inviting Sunderland fans to take part in their summer survey.
This is your opportunity to provide feedback to your club about your experiences during the 2016-17 season.

As a thank you for taking part, you will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a number of great prizes.

Your feedback is important to both the EFL and its clubs and all results will be shared directly with your club to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for their future.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The survey will take around 15-20 minutes, and to thank you for taking part, you'll have the opportunity to enter a prize draw* to win one of the following great prizes:

• Your favourite EFL club's 2017/18 replica shirt with a personalised name and number

• A family tour of Wembley Stadium

• A pair of tickets to the 2018 Carabao Cup Final

• A pair of tickets to the 2018 Checkatrade Trophy Final

• A pair of tickets to the 2018 Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final

• A pair of tickets to the 2018 Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final

• A pair of tickets to the 2018 Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

All feedback you provide will be anonymous, however in order to enter the prize draw you will be required to enter your name and email address so you can be contacted should you be one of our winners.

Please note that the survey is being conducted by Goodform on behalf of the EFL and any fans who have queries regarding the survey should email [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Done it but didn't enter the draw as don't want to be inundated with spam.

Will be interested in the collated results for our club though! Very Happy
