Can understand him leaving as he ius just about done, but I think I would rather rely on him than McGeady who is Sess2.

Cannot say I am bothered one way or tother , past his best , and I am not convinced he wasn't one of the pips in our rotten core in the dressing room . So maybe best interests of both parties as another of the old brigade go to pastures new .

Talking of dead wood, haven't heard much about Cattermole recently. Did he go to Austria or is he still injured?

Based my comments on his performances for RoI at top level and how he struggled since leaving Celtic for Everton.  Turned up one game in six, like Sess did.
