... or rather whose experience in the leagues over the last 10/15/20 years would you take to be where they are now?

Southampton, Bournemouth, Leicester, Stoke, Burnley, Watford, West Brom?

Maybe we do have to go through what some of those clubs have been through but ending up ambitious enough that you feel you need to sack your manager for finishing 8th in the Premiership and reaching a cup final would be a nice position to be in. Could you take it if you knew that's where we'd be in good time?

I have always had a soft spot for Southampton.
