McInness is on hols, Monk wasn't. Who cares anyway, we want someone who has  taken underperforming teams, made them a lot better, has got players to perform for him and has  done this on limited budgets. That'll be McInness then.

Yes that'll be McInnes . No complaints from Crete for this appointment . 
Only problem I have is his hair , he is a Ginga does he use grecian 2000 or some deep fried oil to disguise his ginganess ?
