I personally would go for garry monk if its possible to get him, apart from that I don't have a clue who would be the best candidate, when we got martin oneil I thought we got  the best one of the lot so I was seriously wrong the and so I wont try and force my choice on anybody else.

I felt the same about Martin O'neill and was really gutted that he didn't work out for us.

I have no idea who will be best for us as there are too many unknowns, like owners commitment and finances available. Wish things would start moving though.
