Not for me. Young, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational would be my vote, although the last 3 isn't mutually exclusive to the young.

A fkn dinosaur , lets move into newer younger fields pleaseeeee . NO Bruce , Fat Sam , Warnock , ONeil , Hodgson, Lambert , Pearson bloody old boy network shyte . Couldn't make me angrier if you tried wheeling this bunch of crap out like regurgitated POOP and expected me to feast till I burst on it .
McInnes seems okay , Monk seems much much more to my liking ( irrespective of new contract , means nowt ) but these old farts on the management money grabbing merry go round just Pish me off .
I am now outa my cool calm hippy daze from the aroma of weed floating down our valley from pastures green and fertile on the plains ower yonder hills ,,,,, just with the mention of Warnotttttttt thank you very very much .

What is potential SAFC manager Derek McInnes really like? We ask an Aberdeen fan
Derek McInnes is someone we know little about. Former Scottish Young Journalist of the Year, Elgin’s bonniest baby 1991 and - perhaps most…

Re: Next Sunderland manager, runners, riders and rumours.
I would prefer a young manager who is hungry and is passionate for me that would be Mr Monk.
He is really very experienced for a young man in the game .
He has managed in the prem and done very well with Leeds in the division we find ourselves in.
So if we do get promoted first time around he will know the premiership inside and out.
Oh and he gets his teams playing some decent stuff not the drab shite we have been served for the past umpteen years.

I assume things are going on at the club, must be very confidential as the press dont seem to have anything concrete to report.

Hope the gets better comment was ironical Nos,
Not sure how the club could even look at a bloke who is basically a baby sitter. Yes he has coaching experience but, we need more than that at the minute.
