Question for all

Post  paddocklad on 2017-03-20, 2:18 pm

If and it's a big if we manage to stay up what's to say next season will be any different to the last 3 as we know short won't invest and will continue to hide behind the smoke screen that is FFP and we will continue down the same old path, I have a few friends who are mags and they say that this is the most they have enjoyed matches for a while because they are wining, aren't we going to be better off going down and trying to get back into the habit of winning matches on a regular basis and enjoy football more

It is a good argument - but my response is look at Blackburn, Nottingham Forest. Derby, Leeds, Aston Villa et al. Not so easy to come back up when your club is not getting the investment it needs. So, for me, playing in the Premier League is essential, even if we continue to struggle.

Well if Short wont spend why do you think we will do a Newcastle who spent around 50 mil?

Question For All

Post  TooFarSouth on 2017-03-20, 5:26 pm

Will Short be able to sell until the season is over. I would imagine any new owner would want to know what division the club was going to be in before parting with their cash. Cheaper if we're a Championship team.
