Whatever happens it will be to late for some 
It's not that woman should not work until the same as men
The whole point is that the transitional period was all wrong.
If the government relent a little it will not help those that's been effected.
The new generation of women for example those in there late fifties should work until the same as a man.
By the time if any it will be to late
