Norwich Consider Another Delia Rally Cry

Relegation-threatened Norwich City are considering asking owner Delia Smith to deliver a new halftime rally cry. “The one from 2005 is fizzling out,” Canaries chairman Ed Balls told Soccer on Sunday. “It fuelled us for 10 years, but now it’s probably time for a top-up.” The TV cook also delivered a behind-closed-doors rally cry to the Barcelona squad in 2014, without which many believe the historic treble could not have been achieved. “My confidence was low at the time,” said Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi. “But the English lady asked to be ‘avin me’, and I haven’t looked back since.”
