Hull City lose FA vote to change name to Tigers for the second time

The Football Association Council has rejected Hull City's application to change their name to Hull Tigers for the second time.

The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - carried by a 69.9% vote of its members - followed the recommendation of the governing body's membership committee.

Owner Assem Allam warned he would [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] if the change does not happen.

Hull, relegated from the Premier League last season, were [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] they could make a new attempt to change their name.

Could this mean that Hull will now be sold by their owner?

In turn will they be looking for a new manager?
