Derby County have terminated the contract of head coach Steve McClaren.


Nigel Clough: Sheffield United sack manager
Nigel Clough has been sacked as the manager of Sheffield United.
The Blades reached the semi-finals of the Capital One Cup but finished fifth in League One and failed to gain promotion through the play-offs.


'West Ham way' target for new boss after Sam Allardyce exit


He won the Champions League, Super Cup & Copa del Rey, but Carlo Ancelotti has been sacked as Real Madrid manager.

What is more to the point is did any of them deserve it? Not in my book but they are victims of short term thinking and being managers of teams they have not assembled/built.

Presumably they all leave with their contracts paid up and can move onto where they will be taken or needed as none of them deserved the bullet so I doubt if any of them will be on the bread line. 

It grieves me that football has come to this when managers and players, decent or not, will always end up with a good nest egg and could even be multi millionaires whenever they "retire".

Well all are saying they may take a break to re charge batteries, will they lose JSA if they miss an appointment by being in their villa
