Adding insult to injury for Perth Glory
Adam Cooper, Newstalk ZB
April 11, 2015, 6:52 am

The Perth Glory's woes have been compounded with a 3-nil loss at home to Sydney FC, just hours after being excluded from the playoffs for salary cap breaches.
Fans let off flares during the game venting their frustration over the A-League club's situation, which includes a $273,000 fine.
Glory boss Jason Brewer says they won't rule out challenging the rulings.
"Over the course of the next seven days we will be exploring every avenue open to us to discuss with them as to how we can close this matter out and move forward in the best interests of this club."
Brewer has indicated the club will fight the allegations.
"The club is currently taking counsel and will be deliberating as to how it will explore all possible avenues going forward for the rest of this season. Our decision and our approach will be predicated on a number of facts."
Meanwhile, the Newcastle Jets have pulled off a 1-nil upset against league leaders Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park.
